金叶酒店is not the best and safest hotel. If you want to stay around that area. I think a better choice will be 'tian wai tian - 天外天酒店'. Just directly opposite. 金叶酒店 hotel room is already run-down, and hear that 天外天酒店 just renovated. But you have to bear in mind, both hotel beds are super hard. Me, old man, sleep got backache.
Only Jin ye ktv and Jin yu ktv are in that longfeng area. Along longfeng area, there are some others ktv like 'tian shang ren jian - 天上人间‘ and 'shi ji ktv - 世纪'. But i don't recommend as the ktv can high and more local 'ah beng'.
