I've took the ferry twice already and it took slightly more than an hour to reach Vung Tau. But my Vn girl get sea-sick whenever she took the ferry. She will rest by leaning her head on my shoulders, or she would lie down and rest her head on my thigh. I will then use my hand to gently stroke her long, smooth hair. So romantic....
But alas, that was more than 1 year ago, and we have broken-off since. Now she's trying to pair me up with her twin sister....

Stop at a pharmacy and buy either dramamine or the sticky patch you can put behind your ear...ok I mean her ear. That should keep it under control. Actually that's a river so the waves shouldn't be much of a problem. Another thing to do is go to a spot where you can see out and keep watching the land (horizon if out on sea). For some reason there seems to be a high rate of seasickness/carsickness amongst Vietnamese.
