Maybe if you take a taxi and tell them Sei panas, they will bring you to that main road, U need to tell them WHERE along that road U need to alight. No one will really pay attention to the names of the smaller roads. So it will be alot easier If you just tell them the most famous landmark near where U want to go, and direct the cabby from there. If you dun know the place, most likely the taxi will bring you to the wrong location. But be assured that almost all taxi drivers will know which fishtank is which, so names will be useful here.
