vay is used as a slang in a sentence, just like how we use la, loh, nia...

But can also mean other things, for e.g, the girl msg you: 'anh oi, vay chua?'

meaning=handsome, honey, mr or Yusof Ishak , wake up already?

IMHO, a more appropriate word to use would be 'dung', as in...

E dung goi dt cho a tai vi rat mac
hay qua hay qua.. alot of us lazy to learn other phrases so whatever sentences also use 'kg muon'.. I am one of them..
