For foreigner, you surely can cheong like Asian... It is true that Taiwan is less expensive than Singapore for the KTV scene and it is more fun, specially Taiwan mei mei is more service oriented. Taichung can be more fun and cheaper than Taipei... Hope to see more FR from you.

As for me, I do more private room cheonging with close friend where we call gals from outside to party with us within my friend's own KTV room in his office recently...
