There is one in HCM, but in D4 or D10 I cannot really remember cos the last time I was there was more than 2 years ago
but the bladdy market is damn hot like Chatuchak, all the garments you can find in Ben Thanh & An Dong is there but you need to buy more than 10 pieces for discounts, easily more than 40% off
