1) Inside Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. Ground Floor turn right after exit from Customs Checkpoint.
2) Opposite Harmoni Hotel along a row a shop house.

Why not u call them directly and check ? They speak good English there.
Just change at the ferry terminal when u arrive.
