For promo pricing, you'd (realistically) expect restrictions. For TG, you've a menu choice on webbie to pay a small premium for flexibility (change, refundable). Helps if you are definite on travel dates. Budget's worse off, as they feed on $$ for everything and changes. Also not immune to PRC hordes.

You still walking it at travel shops for ticketing at GM (rather than direct airline webbies)? Guess for travel shops it's more personalised service and can even offload some from block bookings.
