I feel I am still very weak in terms of speaking and listening. Last night a VB tried to teach me how to say "khach khac" (other customer) correctly. But after 10 minutes, she totally gave up.  I think your verbal communication skill is better than mine, especially after you studied abroad at Hanoi recently.
