Last min decided to go Batam tomorrow. After reading back few pages think I'll stay at Mercure Hotel. Understand taxi there don't run on meter. Don't want to kenna chop by taxi drivers. Any advise on that? Like what's the average price from ferry terminal to hotel and from hotel to other places of interests (cheonging). Thanks.
