in fact i'm now stationed in hai phong, i think it's along ur way fr hanoi to ha long. 1 day trip to ha long seems very rush....
i dun have sexperience in hanoi lah, fr ur post, u have more info on hanoi than me. coz every time i only stay in hanoi for 1 nite and alone. only visited hanoi hotel nite club couple of times, coz i always stay there.
last time hanoi hotel is g-friendly if the girl works for the hotel club. now seems need to pay usd20 to register the girl as guest. i dunno abt rising dragon.
