Chances are 1st customer means clean and fresh bed sheet. Yes, it is possible.
The most is WLs change bedsheets once a day unless any untoward incident happens, then they will have to change again!
While WLs in PT do keep their daily earnings, so many expenses to consider also: daily room rental, food, tissue paper, condoms, bath wash, mouth wash, laundry fee for bedsheets and towels, and etc., etc.
