You can pick up BG from beer bar. For THB5000-THB7000, they will be more happy to be your GF 24hrs. While showing you around bangkok, all expense is on you. (food, transport and shopping for you and her). This is over and above your THB5000-7000.
Actually I think THB 4000-5000 per 24hrs should be sufficient. I know someone paid THB 3000 LT. The BG service him at night, next day eat and shop with him. Then finally left him after 3pm. So I think THB 4K-5K (she gets free food + shopping + sight seeing + nice hotel stay) should be sufficient for 24hrs.
Expecting a BG to pick you up from airport will only happen on your next trip to bangkok if both of you have chemistry in this trip.
