Just ignore her. She's just trying to mindfuck you into giving her the money. Permata Indah is not the only joint in Batam. She is not the only booking cewek there. If you scare she create trouble for you, just avoid Windsor and Nagoya mall for a while. Better still as these 2 places stuff are more expensive. SMS come, just delete. Call come, just reject. $1k for haji? Bro, you give her the idea that you are rich?
