THe owner of this mall CITRA group had decided to wait out. THey developed the KEPRI MALL near Batam Centre/Muka Kuning/Angrek MAs area. But that place also a failure.
DC mall is quite quiet also, due to many malls opening. The area you go to is a new area wth a lot of massage and food. the pick up joints there are Permata Indah, and Massage 82.
