For clarity, let's run through two scenarios. The first, a male client is caught in the act with a female prostitute. Unless either violates any sections of the law , for example she's an overstayer or he bonked an underage girl, they both walk away.

Scenario two: Male client and ladyboy got caught similarly. It would constitute a violation of S377A?
