From my few years of experience in VN, Viet Gals tend to be cold initially but warms up later. Viet gals are looking for longer term relationship. What this means is that you may meet a gal in a BAR in HCM. She may have sex with you the first night for $$$. But if you like her, make her your gf. You will realise that TLC and sex will be a whole new experience after starting a relationship with them.
I don't wish to comment much on the Viet gals in Joo Chiat. But i can say that they are always on the hunt for potential money spinning machines that will act as their ATM.
Bro Ruhua, make a trip to HCM. You may realise that the Viet gals there are different from the Viet gals here in Singapore.

Thank you for your input. Yes I think it's a little unfair to compare the Thais and Viets in their local context. Both have different political system. I think Viets suffer more during the last few decades as compared to the Thais.
Usually 'foreign imports' are looking for ATMs anyway. Not just the Viets.
Thank you I'll definitely visit HCM when I get a chance. I know zero Viet language. But I like them fair.
