Rental viewing

Hi Bros,

This happened in the afternoon and I'm posting this and see how far will this goes...no need to up points or whatsoever.

I was waiting for the client to view my unit in the west this afternoon... I switched on the ac and also prepared some cold drinks in case she needs it.

We were suppose to meet at the unit at 2pm but she came only at 2.45pm. This is the life of a real estate agent....

When I saw her - Nothing special, a PRC housewife, worn a t shirt and Bermudas...

I was showing her around and explaining some of the details of the units to her and that's when she walked passed me and I felt her breasts rubbing my arm...
Quite a turn on and I must say, the feeling is good...it's been a while since I last touched other woman's breasts...

She must have felt it as well...nothing special happened after that..I locked the unit and left...

After 3 hours, she called me to place an offer... This is great news for me indeed!!! And she started to ask if she needs my help fr some repairs in the future, she will call me for help.

I asked about her profile and discovered that her husband is in China and she is here with her kid only...I got a shock when she asked me - I took this unit because I like your service' I was happy to hear this and she added - 'if I need anything, I call u ok?"

I recognize that kind of tone and I said, "of cos..whatever u want me to do, or u need anything from me, I will be there...'
She said - 'u don't regret ok?'then we hanged up..

Meeting tomorrow to sign the TA at the unit...I will update what happened after tomorrow...

Don't be an idiot. You're walking on thin ice.

Never put yourself in a compromising position. She could well be planning to manipulate the situation to her advantage.

If things don't go her way, she has the upper hand and could easily accuse you of all sorts of things and you could end up paying her monthly hush money instead while not receiving a cent in rent.

If you're feeling horny, use the rent she pays you to buy all the fucks you can afford at Geylang. It's a far safer way of getting your rocks off and you'll enjoy more variety too.

Boss, TS is just the real estate agent. He only gets first month rental. The owner would get to go to Geylang with all the rent she pays him.

It doesn't make any difference. She can claim rape/molest.
