she's not pretty imo. skinny and way too much make up. it is common for agents to pool the sales into one of their team mate so he/she can promote to the next level and get more comms.

No need give 7 to 10k commission for just 1 fuck. End up selling your unit below value. Simply not worth it

I ever asked my property agent friend if selling houses is so lucrative. His answer was everyone look at their commission but never look at their cost. To advertise online is not cheap, not every advertisement will lead to a sale. So spending money on advertisement is a fixed monthly cost without any guaranteed monthly income. New agents find it hard to keep burning money for long.

When you advertise, people respond to advertisements with pretty/handsome agents. How many pretty/handsome agents are out there? So they end up working with pretty girls/handsome agents. The normal looking ones find the deal and then advertise using the pretty girl/handsome guy to attract attention. Obviously the pretty girl/handsome guy will end up getting sales award but few of these agents work without a team of other agents supporting them from the background.

Why will someone earning 6 digit open their legs for commission when they are the pretty face of a team of background agents? These background agents will feed them deals. She just need to take an earn lesser cut per deal but closing more deals strategy... She will be ok. Most of these agents have other sideline business too like childcare centre, renting their own portfolio or property, maid agencies, online shops etc.

But very few of these pretty ladies stay on in the industry. They make their pot of gold and move on.
