1. If you, i wud go to the international report threads, maybe more beneficial to u

2. Hvg said, a fren of mine wìorks a resort on PQ. Ofcourse there are services available. But u will need zalo app on yr fone, translator app assuming you do not speak Viet, and some local transport access.

These cud lead you to local small brothel or bj shops ..maybe.
Or, depending which hotel you stay, a tip to your concierge or door staff might work to produce some leads

But in street in main tourist areas no u will not find any
