My theory is as follows;

The thamby probably got to his high position due to the influence of the patron. That is probably why the other useless buggers in the committee dare not say anything and leave the whole show to the thamby. They scared the patron send the dogs in uniform after them.

This leads me to the theory that there must have been something going on between the thamby and the patron. Otherwise the patron wouldn't have jumped into the thamby's defence so quickly after the bayi buggered his backside in court.

And since the poor thamby have to sacrifice himself in order to service the patron, he needs to find someone else to service him in order to preserve his sanity.

In comes his crony in skirt (lets call her Monica). The thamby sits on his thamby throne next to the 1K gold tap and ask Monica to do the Monica.

As thamby was about to cum, Monica stops.... "give me another pay increment or I'll stop..." says Monica. So thamby bo pian got to promise her the increment.
