Wah, really painful but have to "tong" cos no pain no gain. Bloody hell, he took one hour to complete the whacking to my both thighs then he concluded "Your left leg got alot of injury and your right leg is ok. You see all the blue black come out from your left thigh and your right thigh is just reddish only." I confirmed that he is right cos as I am a bowler, I did alot of squatting with my left leg. Since played bowling for so many years, the left leg sure "shiong" lah. So say thank you to old master and paid $100 and left.

The next morning, I was woke up by my little brother cos he is singing the National Anthem. Marikita rah rah Singapura...........

You mean pcc first before doing the treatment or before going to cheong?

I dont mind to pay $100 for that massage. After that we can do our own. $100 for treatmen is nothing man. During the treat mean get more details for the shifu loh... :B

No la..after release rest for a while then only can release again. Where got release non stop continuously. At least 2nd time can last longer.
