I can second that as well.

The cut that FLs get are largely $40 for 1S and $80 for 2S while the OKT keeps the rest.

Have spoke to FLs who's list price is $150 all the way to $250 for a 90 min session and their cut was the same.

The 'daily rent' for the bonking premises like Hotel/Apartment room is also paid by the FL on a daily rated basis from what I've learnt but I'm sure the costs get passed down to the customer for nicer premises in some form or another.

The OKTs cut of the Listing Price covers marketing on SBF, admin/logistics costs & commission fees to their Thai agents who help to link them up with FLs who want to work in SG.

The remainder is their profit.

While some more expensive FLs have better service /looks, mostly the price 'premium' does not go to them which is kinda sad since this gives them less incentive to provide better service.
