Sorry bro, I cannot give comment on that cos I have not master the skill.

For my case, I have got all the clogged blood cleared by the shifu during my last treatment. So normally, once a week I will DIY myself, however, cannot see the blue black surface on my thigh anymore. I think the shifu did a good job on me, so I just maintain it and hopefully to prolong my manhood as long as possible.

This is a cross section of your penis. Notice dat there r 2 orange coloured portions on both sides of the penis called the corpus cavernosum? Get your penis 3/4 erect. Use all the fingers of both of your hands to hold your penis. Your thumbs r on top. Your fingers r below. Gently but firmly stroke your penis with all the fingers of both hands from the base of the shaft to just below the glands penis. Then backwards a no. of times.

The other method is: Make your penis 3/4 erect or leave it flaccid. Gently hold your glands penis with your the fingers of your left hand. Your penis is pointing to the ceiling. Your left hand fingers r all facing downwards. Use your right hand, make the "OK" sign around the shaft. Firmly hold n stroke/pull your penis with your right hand up n dwn. This stretches your penis. U can also make your left hand rotate around your gland penis gently. This was done to me by a massage woman long ago. Using massage oil helps.

Don't b a taxi driver, professional cook or ride a bicycle too much. Don't sit on hot seats. Don't practise iron eggs qigong. Don't constrict your penis with tight rubberbands. Don't wear tight trousers. Don't smoke or booze. Don't inject anabolic steroids n testosterone. Don't stress yourself. Excercise to boost your testosterone lvls.

U can also run your fingers n massage the corpus spongiosum along its length. This is the enlarged tubelike part under your erect penis. Do it when u r erect.

Testicular massage, I don't know although I've been juagened 3 - 4 times. I only know if we feel any foreign lumps in there, shine a flashlight under your scrotum to check. If there r, visit a female doctor (to check for testicular cancer). I've read your warped minds.

Masssaging your prostrate when u r erect is also recommended. Dat's at your perineum. The part behind your testicles n anus. To many years of our good health n enjoyment.

I think testicular massage should be those jua gen where we can find in some HC or Spa. However, must able to get those who really know their job, or else no effect, just a waste of money and time.
